My name is Samanda Barnes, and I am a Registered Nurse, proud mother of three, and the founder and CEO of LevelUP Learning Academy.
I have been a nurse since 2017, and throughout my career, I have carried a genuine passion for helping others, making a difference, and providing care when it matters most. My journey in healthcare has shown me the importance of education, compassion, and being prepared to respond when someone’s life is on the line.
As a single mother of three, I understand the value of hard work, perseverance, and pursuing a purpose greater than yourself. My experiences as both a mother and a healthcare professional have inspired me to build something meaningful that allows me to serve my community in a greater capacity.
I founded LevelUP Learning Academy out of my passion for healthcare, education, and empowering others with the knowledge and skills they need to make a difference. My mission is to provide quality, accessible, and hands-on training that prepares individuals to respond confidently in emergencies, provide safe care, and pursue opportunities in the healthcare field.

Through CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS), Medication Aide training, and other healthcare education programs, I strive to equip every student with more than just a certification. I want them to leave feeling confident, capable, and prepared to make a real impact.
LevelUP Learning Academy is more than a business to me; it is a reflection of my purpose, my passion, and my commitment to giving back to the community. I am honored to be part of each student’s journey and look forward to helping others grow, learn, and LEVEL UP in their personal and professional lives.
